It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it as long as it is unopened and unused. Returns must be made within 30 days of payment, and must include the original receipt.
We cannot refund custom fragrance orders, Scented Studio gift certificates, or product samples. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and all charges incurred for returning merchandise to Scented Studio are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser. Credit can be issued for items bought as gifts.
For items that have been damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged item, all packaging and packing slips, and contact us via email or phone. Due to insurance policies, we cannot replace the item if these items have not been kept.
